Building a strong immune system and lowering inflammation levels- Your body’s response to invasion and injury- go hand-in-hand. 

The root cause of all illnesses is inflammation. 

There are two parts of the immune system: 

– Innate immune system = First responders 

Adaptive immune system= Delayed and create a biofilm 

As we get older, Inflammation increases, and the immune system decrease. The clinical consequences of the decreased immune response with aging are the increased incidence and severity of: 

– Cancers 

Autoimmune disorders 

Frailty 

Chronic inflammatory Disorders

There are reserve stem cells in our bone morrow that could regenerate the immune system. 

The immune system is a web of cells that protect the body from sickness and if we try and maintain a healthy immune system, we could fight many diseases.
